What we’ll need

  • Read-only access to your data (export, service account, or least-privilege login).
  • Quick context: how the business makes money + key stakeholders.
  • Your top 2–3 decisions for this quarter (what we’re optimizing for).
  • Any constraints (deadlines, compliance, tools we must use/avoid).

How we’ll communicate

  • Kickoff live on Zoom or Microsoft Teams — whichever your team prefers.
  • Loom walkthroughs (2–5 min) for fast async updates you can review and comment on.
  • Live calls as needed whenever it’s faster to decide together.
  • Field teams: happy to coordinate via phone/SMS if that’s easier.

  • Working dashboard prototype plus a one-page executive PDF.
  • KPI glossary with clear definitions and owner/refresh cadence.
  • Data cleanup notes (mapping, assumptions, and next steps to harden).

Can I add sources later?

Yes. Start with what you have — adding sources mid-Sprint is normal. We’ll note any impact to timelines.

Will Ironhide access my production systems?

Only with your permission and always read-only. We prefer secure exports or service accounts with least-privilege access.

What if my data is messy or incomplete?

Totally fine. Early Sprint time is reserved for cleanup and normalization. Flag issues in the intake and we’ll prioritize fixes before visualization.

Why Loom instead of more meetings?

Loom lets us show progress in 2–5 minutes with full context on your screen. You can reply on your schedule, add comments at timestamps, and loop in teammates. We still book live calls whenever it’s faster to decide together.
